Juniors

Following our Annual General Meeting on 10th November 2018, and later adoption of new rules under the Co-operative Benefit Societies Act 2014, we can no longer offer a class of junior membership for minors under the age of 16.

Under those new rules, any individual can now apply for full paid membership of the Trust, irrespective of age, and purchase an ordinary share in the Trust.  However, members under the age of 16 may not:

• be a member of the Board of Directors or other officer of the Trust;
• vote at a general meeting;
• vote in any election to the Board of Directors.
